OUCH - I have done something bad to my arm...

I was wrestling around with my kids yesterday, and to make a long story short it appears that I have partially "blown" a tendon that runs the length of my forearm from my wrist to my elbow (on the underneath side). It has swollen up, I can't rotate my wrist hardly at all, and I can't bend my wrist back. Also, my arm is swollen and is now black and blue, like I bruised the whole thing. I went to the emergency room because I initially thought I had broken it, but they said that I messed up the tendon. So, I am off to the orthopedist on Monday.
Typing hurts as well, so I probably won't be on here much till I figure out what is going on.
More updates later...

He's awesome. If you ask in person, I can tell you some funny stories about some of our conversations - but they're not appropriate for public consumption

Turns out it is a torn muscle in my arm. But he is concerned about my coagulation ability, so I have to go for blood tests. It looks really nasty.

Hope it does get better soon. It cannot be fun. Besides who is going to hold the Karaoke mike for you?
I have been watching my oldest daughter deal with her first cast (for a broken foot from soccer). The orthopedist totally misread the x-rays as a sprain so she limped around for two weeks like that. Bone-headed doctor (so to speak).

Hopefully it's not too serious! Thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery!
