I don't normally do this, but this is a special case. A prominent member of our community and a good friend of mine, Nathan Freeman, is looking for employment. In case you didn't know, Nathan is the cofounder of OpenNTF (he says he's the "NTF" in OpenNTF - NTF are his initials ;) ), and quite an accomplished developer. He has posted his CV, along with an explanation, on his blog here. Nathan has been living in South Africa for awhile, and is looking to return to the US. Nathan is opinionated, outspoken...and exceptional - and these are qualities you covet in an experienced developer/consultant/architect/leader. If you're looking for a person to do geat work for you, lead your development team, or design and build your project from cradle to grave, Nathan would be a great fit.
